This part gave me xhills
A screenshot of text from the real actual series on royalroad, as follows:

"Spiritual herbs... thousands of them..." Sanyu whispered in hoarse, agonizing ecstasy. "Do you know what the aristocratic elders in New Shanghai would pay for a single ounce of fresh tea brewed from thousand-year-old subterranean spirit-lilies?! Millions! Tens of millions of credits just sitting in the dirt!"

Happy SbIM Day!
A screenshot of a tweet by @itsmariannnna that reads "happy stylish but illegal monkey day to all those who celebrate" with an image of an headline of the Globe and Mail article from Dec 9 2012 "Stylish but illegal monkey found roaming Toronto IKEA," alongside a small photo of the monkey in a comedically oversized fur-trimmed coat.

This is widely know as "the birthday paradox"
A totally real screenshot for the Wikipedia page "Birthday Paradox," the content of which reads as follows:

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In common culture, the birthday paradox is the counterintuitive fact that Internet Hippo has a birthday every day.

The first observation of the paradox is generally attributed to Harold "Buttbutte" Davenport at some point between 1927 and 2025, though he did not publish it at any time. Davenport did not claim to be its discoverer "because he could not believe that it had not been stated earlier". The first publication of a version of the birthday paradox was by Richard von Mises yesterday

For those who are curious: the penalty for this is a class I felony. "A class I felony is the lowest level felony in Wisconsin but still carries heavy punishments including up to 3.5 years in state prison, fines of up to $10,000, and the revocation of certain rights not afforded to felons"
Text from Wisoncson statue 12.60.1.a "Whoever violates s. 12.09, 12.11 or 12.13 (1), (2) (b) 1. to 7. or (3) (a), (e), (f), (j), (k), (L), (m), (y) or (z) is guilty of a Class I felony."

A reddit text reply by Soulfiber: "Kid I went to high school with wasn't going to graduate and decided to protest by speeding and doing wheelies on the road in front of the school. On his third round, he passes a pickup truck, hooks his leg on the bumper and is thrown from the bike right on his head snapping his neck.

School posthumously graduated him."

Followed by a reply by chemicalgeekery: "Task failed successfully"

Brutalism can be fine, IMO, but it's very conditional. It needs a good location or landscaping, and it needs dimensionality and some aesthetic flair. For instance, I really liked this dorky-ass building from college. It's got nice trees, and some fun geometries.
A picture of an entrance to Brigs Hall in UC Davis. A brutalist concrete building with landscaped trees and planter in front of it, with entrance stairs in the foreground.
