Later: "hey Bakura why's your deck based around the Occultic Horrors." Bakura:

Marge Simpson going "I just think they're neat."

Saw a couple more movies for Hallowstream! Both deeply uncomfortable in wildly different directions, but I'm glad to have gotten the chance to see them. Never seeing Obsession again though, once is enough even if it's definitely a good film for what it wanted to do.

I hope she’s okay!! But also how horrifying. And yet all I can imagine is her like this I’m sorry.

It’s a little badly drawn scrunko surrounded by red coloring meant to resemble blood. Things happened and there’s no explanation for it.

Trying to find this is difficult but I'm pretty sure this is a Halloween Alt of an Alt of Higan from Disgaea 7 where she decided to be a tactician instead of a warrior so honestly and clearly: the playerbase has good taste that they decided to make a second version of her.

Hey yeah I saw RE. I even got to experience it with the fancy D-Box seats which had motion effects so uhhhhh that was intense on top of everything else! It was fun seeing the little elements I definitely recognized from the games, but good lord did things escalate.

Hoo boy been a minute since I finished something, uhhhhh. Hallowstream started!! We kicked off the month with Hokum! I liked it well enough, it was pretty dang creepy and the folklore surrounding it is fascinating.

That new Pocket TCG pack is pretty cool.

Someone participating in SAGE made a game targeted specifically at me and I'm thankful to them.

Finally, now I can work on the Rocket pack. Why isn’t there a Team Rocket’s Weavile??

Finished the main story of Granblue Fantasy Relink (as a part of Endless Ragnarok) Yeah that's a good game with a satisfying feeling to it. But boy, at some point I started going "how many times do we have to teach you this lesson, old lady."

Did an OoT playthrough via the decomp. It’s the platonic ideal way aside from me not having access to gyro functions, but good lord that NSO N64 controller was an honest to god solid investment when it came to aiming and control. It’s funny how many of the bosses will just melt to Link’s attacks.

Watched Kamen Rider Gotchard. A very hopeful story about a boy who can talk with strange critters who are inside of cards and also says gotcha a lot. Alchemy is involved, along with a school. I wonder where I heard that before. Either way, fun show! Not the best, but solid. Spanner is a dumbass.

Hey y’all look at this cute dog I’m watching this week.

Boomer/Scruff, my aunt and uncle’s dog. She’s a terrier mix.

Sign into alt I have for Skadi purposes. One ten-roll. Immediate Eresh. Okay this is just funny now.

Immediate Eresh in the first slot before I can even tap.

Man that new Umamusume update is a little nuts.

Daiwa Scarlet SS rank, this is 4000 points higher than my last Daiwa.

Star Fox, the 2026 edition. It's Star Fox 64! That means it's already fantastic. They did ruin the comedic timing of the Accomplished ending for Macbeth though and I'll hold that against them for some time. But it's still a good game where you could lose a lot of time to trying to achieve things.

It was worth it grabbing FFVII Remake on the Switch 2.

Got a real important one off of the roster. Played Final Fantasy VII (Switch version) in the lead-up to me grabbing VII Remake on the Switch 2. Yeah there's a reason this game is so. Pivitol? Important? It feels awkward but at the same time ambitious in it's vision of the future of the franchise.

Saw The Amazing Digital Circus: The Last Act I nearly cried at a few parts. Good stuff. I hope people enjoy it when it hits YT, but I appreciate getting to see it in the theaters!

Hey @sega-west.bsky.social I feel like you guys should be really clear as to how genAI was actually used for Crazy Taxi: World Tour, especially knowing how much of a knee-jerk response even seeing the disclosure tends to bring. You have a chance to at least clear the air as to what was actually used

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

At SEGA Corporation, we utilize generative AI as a support tool for developers, aiming to provide better content to our users and enable developers to focus more on creative tasks.

We have used such generative AI support tools during development of Crazy Taxi: World Tour. No AI was used in reference to the performers in the game.

Watched the Gundam compilation movies. Honestly pretty worth having experienced so close to watching the original cause now I can figure out all the things they rewrote or excised from the plot (like the whole "the Gundam can't keep up with Amuro anymore" or "we have no salt" subplots/detours)

I got through all of the original Gundam series. What an experience to have after seeing the Hathaway movies so far, and it's incredibly informative for not only understanding Hathaway's character, but just the legacy that's behind the setting of the movies. Also dang the last episodes go way hard.

Finally saw Lupin the 3rd: The Castle of Cagliostro. What a beautiful movie to see, especially since I grabbed the 4K edition to really appreciate it. There's a lot of reasons why this movie is considered to be one of the best, though it's very clear that this is one of the softest Lupins ever. A+
