(reposting with alt text) Important information for artists & commissioners who use paypal

drowzistatic: IMPORTANT PAYPAL PSA FOR ARTISTS & CLIENTS Hey, please read this because a LOT of people don't know until it's already too late. PayPal actively scans payment notes, and accounts are getting flagged, limited, or permanently banned over certain keywords. When that happens, they can freeze your money for 180+ days. For clients / commissioners: DO NOT put these in the payment note: "Commission" "NSFW" PAYPAL IS STRICTLY AGAINTS ANY SORT NSFW CONTENT AS IT VIOLATES THEIR TOS.
"Tip" or "Donation" (if you're paying for a service) AS MUCH AS US ARTIST APPRECIATES OUR CLIENTS SUPPORT, PLEASE NEVER SPECIFY A TIP.
PayPal uses bots / Al that look for these words (especially anything tied to adult content) to enforce their AUP. (Acceptable use policy)
For artists: • ALWAYS use vague, SFW descriptions "Digital Illustration" "Artwork Services" "Creative Services"

I'm so sorry you have to go through this! Are the painkillers helping you? When I had pinched nerves, I had to lie down a lot and ask someone to help me get changed because it was very hard to do it on my own. Also, I ask them to rub pain-relieving ointments on my back... Those were really bad days

New painting! 💖✨ "The world is full of magic things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper.” — W. B. Yeats

A dreamy digital painting of a woman surrounded by oversized pink and coral tulips, set against a deep blue, star-speckled background. She looks upward with a calm, contemplative expression as the flowers curve around her, creating a surreal, magical atmosphere.

I've been a little quiet lately. I finished that huge commission and am starting a new one! ✨ And I also switched antidepressants, and the withdrawal from Venlafaxine was awful Thankfully, it only lasted a week

A girl is sleeping on the sofa in a spacious room bathed in warm light. A red fox is sleeping on her, and a little green whale is swimming nearby. In the background, a bar with drinks is visible; next to the sofa stands a small table with an open book, an inkwell with a quill, and a lantern. On the wall behind the couch hangs a poster featuring characters from Final Fantasy and several small photographs. The girl is wearing black shorts and a black crop top

If anyone is getting smacked with this - just use deer.social or another alternate client. Bsky is just an AT Protocol Client, and your Bsky account is an AT Protocol account - you can use your same Bsky account thru another AT Protocol Client, no migration or loss necessary. Could not be easier.

Ranette and her wife Jaxy in her workshop by Cynthia Sheppard. This piece can be found in the Mistborn setting Handbook!

A dark haired woman with olive toned tan skin in the foreground with a rifle over her shoulder, examining the stock and barrel. Her work table before her has tools and a coffee cup with saucer, and bullets. Behind her is a blonde woman in a blue dress watching her from an open doorway, across from her is a wall of rifles and an open flame.
