Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 05/08/2025Conversely, my partner always thinks his blood pressure is good when it’s usually way too high. I guess my point is that most of us has no clue what’s happening in our bodies. 0121
Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 05/08/2025I thought I felt like my blood pressure was high, so I checked it and it was 108/69. I like to think of myself as being so self-aware that I can recognize if my blood pressure is high, but clearly that’s not the case. 1/ 160

Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 27/05/2025Thank you! I know aging is a gift, but it can also be so cruel too. And it was so hard to witness the cruelty of it after 11+ years while simultaneously trying to hold space for the gift too. 080
Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 27/05/2025I cry at the drop of a hat these days and I can rarely control it. So don’t mind me. Just over here crying yet again. 1120
Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 27/05/2025But even with the very heavy emotional weight of everything, I’m so glad they came to visit me. I know they won’t be able to make that kind of trip again. And I know I need to visit them sooner rather than later. 1130
Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 27/05/2025My stepmom is 85 and was just diagnosed with dementia. I found this out a few days before the visit via a text from my sister. My dad never once mentioned it or told me directly. And seeing my stepmom’s cognitive decline was heartbreaking and devastating. 1120
Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 27/05/2025My dad drove him and my stepmom from Illinois to Washington State to see me for my birthday. We hadn’t seen each other in over 11 years. I cried so much, but it definitely wasn’t all happy tears. 2311

Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 21/04/2025I know women’s health isn’t a priority. I also remember in 2021 when they said the covid vaccines could temporarily mess with a woman’s cycle. But the infection itself is absolutely causing many women to jumpstart menopause. 2/ 2160
Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 21/04/2025In the past couple of weeks I’m seeing more posts on Reddit about hormones and covid, specifically the interconnections. One post said HRT took away her Long Covid symptoms. Another asked if Covid kickstarted perimenopause. 1/ 2250

Lindy Greer @lindyg.bsky.social · 27/02/2025N95 has worked well for me. My client did 5 years with no mask, but I know I’d never get that lucky. Our new normal is just too full with too many pathogens for my immune system. But 5 years with a mask and altered lifestyle is still a win for me. 020
