I live in a province in Canada where you can go to a walk-in Clinic and see a Doctor for free if you don’t have one. You can go to a Mental Health Clinic 5 days a week from 8- 4 for free to get counselling. You will referred on if you need it for free. You don’t have to shoot your family .
