A reddit post on r/transgenderuk reading: “I've been collecting data on the responses from companies l've emailed about the EHRC guidelines over the past few months. The spreadsheet can be found in my Linktree, but the TikTok account is the most up to date platform at the moment.
I can post updates about responses from service providers here, if that would be helpful? I'm specifically asking them if they're planning on making all their facilities gender neutral to avoid harassment and discrimination.”

A lot of focus on Phillipson’s reappointment, but this is the worst minister appointment. Smyth is one of the most vicious TERFs in parliament, publicly called for Theresa May to apologise for being pro-trans, and was part of all of the recent attacks on trans healthcare.

On a better day, he'd be standing at the top of these stairs looking down at me, perhaps mildly disappointed that I'd denied Biden his glorious kill, but overall satisfied that another piece of scum had been dealt with. But today is not that day.

Today, his eye bursts open. His lens shatters and blood comes fast and loud over his face and chin, as he lets out a sound I've never heard from a man - wounded and archaic, nothing like the voice that told me to go back to my room. Today, he feels the force of me slamming him into the wall hard enough to crack the paint. And today, he has the misfortune of tasting his own staircase, step by step, as he goes down it - leaving a trail of blood and a symphony of grunts and screams - and hits the bottom floor with a crack that accounts for several bones at once.

Perhaps it isn't his most unfortunate day, though. Because his limbs still quiver, and he's still staring up at me with pure hatred in what remains of his eye. Maybe it would've been a mercy to finish it. God only knows what life looks like for him from here. God only knows the shame of being put down a staircase by the tranny in the hallway.

I take a step towards the women's changing rooms. Ken grabs my sleeve.

His face has gone very red. "Um. Ola is in there right now - would you mind waiting here?"

I look at him. "Are there not multiple changing rooms?"

He lets out a small, pressurised sound. "Um, yeah, there are, but... you see, Ola has some trauma with, um, with AMAB bodies, and doesn't feel comfortable getting changed in the same space. Would you mind giving them five minutes?"

A breath eases out through my tightly sealed lips, because if I open them properly, I will say something I instantly regret. I stand very still for a moment and think about Cate and Linda's clean-up crew. I think about what's at stake.

The bill defines “sexually oriented material” as “any program, activity, literature, or material that exposes such children to nude adults, individuals who are stripping, or lewd or lascivious dancing.”

There are no schools in the U.S. that are hiring strippers to perform for fourth graders, and Miller cites no such examples. But a paragraph at the end of the bill adds to the definition of “sexually oriented material” to include “material that… involves gender dysphoria or transgenderism.” Gender dysphoria describes the discomfort a person can feel as a result of a mismatch between their gender identity and sex assigned at birth, while “transgenderism” is a right-wing term used to describe the idea that transgender people exist at all.
