Elena of the Turks Tried a more realistic take on her ✨ #ElenaOfTheTurks #FFVII #FF7 #イリーナ

lightningdrawn @lightningdrawn.bsky.social · 15/12/2024

Trad media drawing of Elena from #FFVII with a more casual vibe. I really liked working with the limited palette of that marker set. #fanart #FF7

FFVII fanart of Elena in a button up shirt and tie with her hands in her slacks pockets, done in pen and marker.

More #FFVII wintermas themed fanart, extremely silly, you've been warned.

FFVII fanart with a winter holiday theme. In the foreground Reeve and a cat that might secretly be a robot sit not looking at the disaster behind them where Cait Sith knocks over a massive decorated tree onto Scarlet and Palmer. Heidegger is in the far background looking over his shoulder with a ? over his head.

Tis the season for silly holiday art! Here's #Cissnei making paper snowflakes. #FFVII #FFVIICC

FFVII fanart of Cissnei, two images, the first she is cutting a paper snowflake the second she is revealing it. The snowflake is shuriken inspired.

Some art I did for a #spiderforest tarot card event with my comic Halflight's main lead as the Hermit. Check out my webcomic if you like my art!

An elf with a lantern and a glowing staff beneath a tree in the style of the Tarot Hermit card with IX and the words The Hermit on.

Tis the holiday season and I have some past holiday themed Turks art to share! #FFVII #fanart #FFVIITurks Including a few of my favorite ex-Turks.

FFVII fanart of a Turks holiday party. Elena, Rude, Reno, and Vincent lounge on a few decorated crates while Tseng pours sake. Veld sits in an armchair with a bottle of whiskey and Cissnei is lounging backwards over another crate staring up at twinkle lights and cut out snowflakes.

Thinking about these two teaming up is what inspired my silly fancomic. #FFVII #fanart

FFVII fanart of Cissnei and Elena of the Turks dressed in workout clothes with hands wrapped for sparring. They stand back to back and both are smiling.

Some #Cissnei art from the past, new followers welcome 🖤 I make a lot of #FFVII fanart and an original webcomic.

FFVII fanart of Cissnei perched on a stool in a Shinra locker room with one knee drawn up and her blazer folded on the bench beside her. The indistinct poster behind her creates the suggestion of a halo shape over her head.

More Balto/Katana #FFVII fanart from the vault! The Turks have given me so much practice drawing suits but my swords are often a sketchy mess.

Colored sketch of FFVII Before Crisis character Balto/Katana.

#FFVII fanart of Balto of the Turks. This is the last of the B&W sketch series I did of them, didn't end up drawing them all but it was a lot of fun to do and I might pick it back up again!

FFVII fanart in B&W of Balto of the Turks, reading a very small book and glancing up at the viewer.

Freyja and Juget of the #FFVII Before Crisis Turks. I keep hoping Before Crisis gets swept up in the compilation-remaking but so far not so much.

FFVII fanart of Freyja and Juget of the Turks sitting at a bar as if in a candid photo. B&W in a sketchy style.

#FFVII Turks fanart of #Tseng and #Verdot with a variation on the "time" the picture was taken. More old art, I had a small series of these B&W Turks portraits I'll be posting more of!

FFVII Fanart of Tseng and Veld, as if a B&W photo was taken of them. In this version, Tseng and Veld/Verdot look younger and Veld has fewer scars.

A sketch study I did of #Cissnei and her #FFVIIRebirth design. I love that she got a glow up and so much story time in the new game, and I hope she makes an appearance in the third installment and Ever Crisis as well. (Maybe as a party character? Pleeeeaaase squeenix)

FFVII fanart of Cissnei's Rebirth design. Cissnei is staring off screen holding her shuriken in a ready stance.

Another #FFVII #fanart piece in the style of the last image I posted, #Cissnei looking casual. Looking back I was really into this warm palette for a while!

Just #VincentValentine making you breakfast, what's not to love? More old #FFVII #fanart from the vault.

FFVII fanart of Vincent Valentine making breakfast. He is wearing a casual button down with rolled up sleeves and slacks, his hair is pulled back, and the usual metal gauntlet is gone revealing a monster arm.

The badass ladies of the #ffvii Turks in businesswear and beach wear! Another older art piece I had a lot of fun with in a paper-dolls way. I think the idea was a Turks swimsuit calendar?

FFVII fanart of the female members of the Turks posing together in different styles of suits and professional wear.

#CloudStrife all dressed up fancy because why not? More art-from-the-past, it's been fun to revisit it all while posting here!

This is not up for debate.

The image features the colors of the transgender pride flag, which includes horizontal stripes in light blue, pink, and white. Overlaid on the flag are the words "TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS" written in bold white text, with "ARE" in light blue. The text is centered and spans across the white middle stripe of the flag.

Some extremely goofy art I did when conceptualizing the Materia Murders fancomic. #FFVII characters are fun to draw and also I think #Sephiroth would murder a laser pointer.

FFVII fanart of SOLDIER characters Angeal, Zack, and Genesis seated at a table while Sephiroth stands nearby looking at a tablet. Lazard has just entered the room and Genesis is aiming a laser pointer at him trying to distract Sephiroth.

#Verdot aka Veld of the #ffvii Before Crisis Turks looking dashing! I like how this one turned out. More art-from-the-past, combination of trad sketch with digital coloring.

Here's a piece I did for a friend a while back of Aerith and Vincent from #ffvii relaxing together at a Costa del Sol beach. I still really like how soft this feels.

FFVII fanart of Vincent and Aerith sitting next to each other on a Costa del Sol beach at sunset. Vincent is using a knife to carve up some coconuts and Aerith has an icecream cone and is wearing a yellow dress.

Some SOLDIER First Class sketches I ended up coloring! Older art again. This type of fanart always makes me appreciate the details of the character designs that I might not otherwise notice.

FFVII Fanart of Genesis holding an orb of materia and a copy of Loveless.

FFVII Fanart of Sephiroth gazing at the camera with hair blowing gently in the wind.

FFVII Fanart of Angeal looking off-camera and holding his sword in a "resting" pose.

Another older piece! I'm drawing these guys more for the next iteration of my #ffvii fancomic. #Angeal #Sephiroth and #Genesis out for a night on the opera. Fanart helped to get me drawing again after a long slump, so there's a lot of it and I am unapologetic!

An older #FFVII #fancomic I did a 3-4 years ago featuring some WallMarket shenanigans with unlikely allies. I like contrasting older and newer art since it's motivating to see growth and progress over time!
