The only few seconds I really enjoyed in Phil Lord and Christopher Miller’s film ‘Project Hail Mary’ was the reference to the iconic five-tone sequence from Steven Spielberg’s ‘Close Encounters of the Third Kind’ (1977). I was the only one in the cinema who laughed at that bit. #ProjectHailMary

The prologue was devised in the 5th century BCE by the Greek tragedian Sophocles as an integral part of a play. The importance of the prologue in Greek drama was very great. Prologues and epilogues are essential for structuring stories and providing a deeper understanding of the plot and characters.

Nee, toch niet. Mogelijk stond het borstbeeld oorspronkelijk op dezelfde plaats. Maar het is dan wellicht later naar een zichtbaarder gedeelte van het park verplaatst. De resten van de fontein bevinden zich in het lager gelegen en donkerder gedeelte van het Warandepark.

Heb je ook het fontein gezien waar Peter de Grote onwel werd na een overvloed aan rode wijn? C.q. waar bij moest overgeven. Bij het fontein is in het Latijn een tekst aangebracht die naar deze gebeurtenis verwijst.
