Honestly it’s bad enough hearing intelligent people at my work say to just “chuck it through ai” about emails because they “can’t write fluff” but personal life too? I would be gone

2) top 5 books of all time Based only on the books I’ve read to date, as I haven’t actually read many of the “classics”: • The Neverending Story - Michael Ende • The Last Unicorn - Peter S. Beagle • The Amber Spyglass - Philip Pullman • Boyfriend Material - Alexis Hall • Redwall - Brian Jacques

1) book I’ve reread the most times It would have to be either The Neverending Story by Michael Ende, or Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. Many fond memories of both of these!

I was already more of a tea gay than a coffee gay, but I fear I’ve become insufferable as an iced tea gay

Thank you for this! I’m definitely thinking of jumping ship in the near future so it’s nice to see your thoughts on this :)

Where’s the evidence you don’t look just as hot now tho

Marc @librahedgie.bsky.social · 28/07/2026

I second a follow up in a few weeks to know your thoughts then! I’m super tempted to jump ship too so great to know what you think

I will have a looksee, thank you! I love the idea of having a pocketable e reader like you’re planning on doing so it’s nice to see a viewpoint that isn’t a booktube or booktok influencer

Love to know what you think of this, I keep seeing these but worry the screen would be too small for me

Wait it’s out?? I need to catch up asap

In practice it should only apply 1 to 1, so 2 tickets with discount and 1 without far as I’m aware

Marc @librahedgie.bsky.social · 16/05/2026

Much more entertaining 🥰

What do you count as a reasonable price? Skopes inside House of Fraser aren’t too bad, and Moss is a bit higher but the quality is there

I’ll need to get my doctor to confirm the connection 🤔

Mate if I can fly from Gatwick I will always, anywhere else is a no go

That price no but otherwise, oh yes!

Use is a strong word but yeah lol whatcha got? :)

Agreed, you don’t have to be a walking rainbow but some colour makes a look actually pop when done right

I definitely see a lot of tracksuits and oversized clothes. Which aren’t inherently bad ofc, but they aren’t to my taste. Something based on real physical connection would be good, get people to join together sort of deal

I’m currently reading The Last Unicorn 🦄 and let me tell you, thanks to growing up with the film, all I can hear are those voices. The dialogue in the film is either identical or near identical to that in the book. Which is nice really to see how faithful an adaptation it is

I’d be willing to for any counter culture than some of the current fashion trends

Yeah they don’t really account for those of us less than 6ft :’(

She’s a highlight for sure! I love the TV adaptation sooo much, even the changes from the books here and there just feel quite natural imo
