I don’t want to stop seeing her. But I’m scared. It all goes back to me being such a coward. I hade who I am because the wife doesn’t approve. I always keep everything inside because I have no support network. And I can only cry in front of my therapist so much.

I didn’t want the nurse to be judgmental. I’m sure they wouldn’t, but I can see it in their eyes. The dr I see is awesome. But I’m so upset with myself for my failure, that I didn’t want to face her. I know she’s one of the most supportive providers I’ve ever seen but I just couldn’t do it.

I’ve dealt with weight issues my whole adult life. At the highest, I was 407. At my most recent lowest, I hit 267. Since then, I’ve bounced up to around 325. Was supposed to have a weight loss drs appt today but I felt ashamed for my backslide so I cancelled it.

A follow up for another day in 2 weeks, kid has a concert. I’m not sure how much more rejection I can handle. I had ran to LFK to p/u a preorder book and basically did the whole drive hike in tears. Home now, laying in bed curled up in a ball, still crying. I hate this life.

Texted my friend Alicia (hs friend who is an ally I had lunch with in July) to again plan a meetup for tomorrow. Should have done it a couple weeks ago. Anyways, she’s busy. I know she has a life and family but to keep getting constant rejection really hurts

In the Enterprise episode “Storm Front”, when Captain Archer escaped from the Germans and was recaptured by the Americans, the writers missed a golden opportunity. He should have said “oh boy”. Totally a wasted moment!

My mom’s in the hospital. She had afib last night and they couldn’t get it under control. This isn’t the first time but this is the first time they kept her overnight. She’s 73. Lost my dad 5 years ago. I’m not sure how to feel right now and I can’t think because I have to go to work shortly.

It’s actually a detailed set of instructions you can get from Rebrickable that uses all the pieces from the Lego MF set to build the Serenity. Being as I had to assemble it out of order from the official set, it was tough finding all of the pieces I needed in order.

Started a new book yesterday. The Space Between Worlds by Micaiah Johnson. Picked it up from a local indie bookstore. Not sure what drew me to it but reading the description got me intrigued. The store owner raved about it when they read it. Only 30 pages in so far but it’s hooked me already!

So this time, I got to browse the women’s frames section to find a pair. Can’t go too femme with my everyday pair. Basically got the exact same style except these will be a bit blue tinted as opposed to my current purple. I may order a cheaper pair online that’s more feminine.

Totally non issue. Not sure why I was even concerned. Evidently I had changed my preferred name online a while ago. Checking in they confirmed my legal name and once the tech said “his” (referring to test results) but immediately corrected to “her”. She apologized and I thanked her for that.

Star Trek is terrible about their marketing. Making limited run themed cookware that’s unobtanium for most fans. Or other overpriced limited items. They should be marketing the fuck out of things like Tarkelien Tea. Raktajino. Earl Grey. Jamaican coffee. They would make money hand over fist!
