Michael Kayode passed the Doue test! Mancini, Kayode is your starting RB for Italy.

Maybe playing Upcamenco in the RCB role limits his bozo moments. Tbf, his bozo moments did decrease.

Again, this is what happens when states own football clubs. The Premier League became a land grab for state ownership, billionaires, and private equity. All to the detriment of the game and its supporters. Man City a pawn in a geopolitical game.

I think this will be one of the defining images of the Premier League's void years: a proudly working class fanbase celebrating that the ruling family of an oppressive regime had hired a barrister on £10,000-an-hour to try and prevent them suffering consequences for their cheating. Embarrassing.
A bunch of mugs celebrating their perceived impunity

Manchester City cheated Premier League rules, the Commission found. Did it also cheat HMRC? We've examined the decision and leaked Mancini documents. We think City likely failed to pay £12m in tax. There should be a criminal investigation. Thread:

If, according to the panel, Manchester City cheated and witnesses told mistruths about Abu Dhabi sponsorships why wouldn’t those self same companies and those connected with them also not be in exactly the same situation? They are part of the scheme.

Sham City: verdict on financial breaches is damning and punishment must be severe | Jonathan Wilson
How can Manchester City be trusted under these owners after they were found to have devised £900m of ‘sham’ contracts? How bad could it be, really? How serious can a breach of arcane financial regulations be, really? Just how damning can accountancy be? Even after Friday’s revelation that Manchester City had been found guilty of all but one of the charges brought against them by the Premier League, it was perhaps difficult to grasp the scale of what that meant. After the publication of the independent commission’s findings, there can be no doubt: the commission found that Manchester City cheated, that they did so deliberately, and that they have sought to cover that up with a campaign of calculated misinformation. City continue to maintain their innocence and issued a statement insisting that “the opinion contains clear material errors, of law, principle and fact, and is unsafe”. It referred, once again, to “a comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence that exists in support of all of its positions”, and, again, insisted that “the club has diligently respected due process for eight years on the basis that the Premier League Board and Executive would behave as an independent, impartial and fair-minded regulator, free from partisan influence”. Some food for thought: The Companies Act 2006 makes it an offence for an officer to knowingly or recklessly give an auditor misleading, false or deceptive information (s.501), punishable by up to two years in prison. Fraud Act 2006 charges are also possible.

It's very important to make the argument City shouldn't be relegated but should be expelled. The EFL should get to choose whether it takes them and at what tier. The bad faith dealings have impacted many sides that are currently EFL teams.
