Another excellent post by @edzitron.com. Having just taught a course on Legal Analytics and AI, I saw that (a) students believe that gen AI is some form of AGI - and don't know its content blindness; and (b) are using this tech extensively and shamelessly- largely because of (a). A 🧵

1/4 Last week, the team at the Responders Lab came to deliver a guest session to my undergraduate family law students. In the session, the facilitators provided a supportive, encouraging and open space for students to reflect on their own understandings and awareness of family violence.

Hard agree. We need to make accommodations for students with disabilities, but beyond that it’s a far better learning environment without recordings. I think we, as teachers, are less on edge and more natural too!
