It says ‘Interpol’ but it really looks like a misspelt ‘Liverpool’.

Happy #StarTrekDay! I drew this as TNG hit me at the right age to dig it. Movies 2-4 are still an endlessly rewatchable trilogy too obviously. I duck in and out of the universe occasionally but it seems so narratively fractured at a glance it lost me (and I know how ironic that sounds as a SW guy).

Forest installations were great. Art gallery always appreciated - those 2 things always set @endoftheroadfestival.com apart. Talking Heads still a shitshow of accessibility and barely any comedy now, certainly none you can watch without missing hours in a queue - a shadow of what it was. #EOTR

Bab L’Bluz, Jeffery Lewis, Prewn, Caroline, Working Men’s Club, Tommy Barlow and more all put on a good show at @endoftheroadfestival.com. Sad I couldn’t catch Thredd, Adam Buxton, and M(h)aol. Cinema tent as it now is was unbearably humid unfortunately so lasted about 3 minutes in there. #EOTR

Deeply unpopular opinion apparently but I watched Geese on Thursday and they didn’t click with me at all. We were probably still bitter from the awful wrong directions/hold up getting in at @endoftheroadfestival.com though. Pulp, CMAT, Angine.., Super Furries, all spectacular mind. #EOTR

Am non-stop work at the moment which I shouldn’t complain about because of the general market for such, but both jobs have creeped into bigger more complex things and I’m working weekends, holidays, quietly on my iPad when family and friends are here - I’m just out of juice.

In a mistake I won't make again, I initially glanced over an image in Spider-Man: Brand New Day - The Art of the Movie, but after speaking with multiple artists, in my opinion it looks like it was made using AI. I updated my review to reflect this and will be very cautious with future books! 1/2
