This is what we train for. 🔥 My dream time was 1h 5m, was what we'd been training for. But I knew I had a little more in me. Not daunted by the hills. Not daunted by the distance. Stuck to the game plan. And shaved 4m 37s off my previous fastest 10km. I'm so fkn proud.
