Shoutout to Aysajan Eziz (github.com/AysajanE) for their first contribution to Silex. If you self-host Silex, a default value (SILEX_URL=localhost) was overriding your host URL. Now removed, with tests. #FreeSoftware #OpenSource #Silex

Testing a tiny 60M commit-message model for @silexlabs.org's new git integration. Based on T5, open like @linagora.com's Luciole. huggingface.co/SEBIS/code_trans_t5_… On my CPU: 0.2s/commit, 11s load, 0 VRAM — matches Luciole-1B.

Testing local AI video gen today 🤓 4GB VRAM, 3yo Lenovo/linux. Wan2.2-5B & LTX 2B distilled: ~30s per 1s of video. Turned my generated music into clips → www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLD3t… Not great yet, but logging energy/carbon use. I'd rather test than debate #ethics :)

Tested 3 ways to get code from a #Figma mockup: a plugin, Claude on Figma API, and @silexlabs.org as nocode editor. Only the REST API got all the variants — plugin and Figma MCP missed them. The gap isn't the model, it's how you drive it. What do you use from figma? #figma #webdev #LLM
