The couple interviews I've seen ahead of endless dungeon and @brennanleemulligan.bsky.social gets recommended kangaroo something as local cuisine. So in the spirit of that, here's what I do with a kilo of kangaroo. I gotta stop calling it Pot of Slop, it's nice.

Kangaroo stew
1kg kangaroo mince
2 onions (chopped into shapes as please you)
1 bulb garlic
3 cans tomatoes (total 1.2kg)
4 carrots
8 small potatoes
Olive oil
200ml jar of spice
Mostly ground coriander seed
Ratios as please you of:
Cayenne pepper
Turmeric
Celery salt
Cumin
Smoked paprika
Basil
Parsley
~
Brown onion + garlic + oil in a big stove top pot
Add mince + spices + stir
Add carrots + potatoes + tomatoes
Rinse cans / spice jar water into the pot
Cook on low / bubbling for 3 hours or until potatoes are done

I have enjoyed infinity Nikki fury week while the Bing bong rewards were good. Now it is the manageable pace of not one hundred bingbong per minute. I saw horses in the river. I met fun NPCs. I enjoyed all the dire morbid optimism arcs. I have finished the main story. It is a good time.
