Got my nails done today! Very autumny and fresh. Did it at the spa that is owned and run by the same people that own and run the carpenter that I trust to build on my properties. Today they also delivered a box of pastries at my door. I have NO idea what I would do without these people 💗

It's just never-ending with these roofs and useless a-holes. This is under a terrace where we currently live. It's from 2024... The company that doesn't even want to come see what they might have done wrong got a very stern letter from my lawyer today. Consumer rights in Norway are good.

My body did not react well to this, my vision is supposed to be perfect tomorrow, but I'm dizzy and feeling crummy, I guess this was more than my body was ready to deal with. Not surprised, but still pissed off, I don't have time to lay around and rest. Didn't consider side effects being an option!

Went to my eye surgeon today, aftercare for my lens replacement last year, and he was surprised I could see much, and astonished that I still could embroider. Obviously I've adapted to having a common issue, just a LOT of it. I was told "a few laser zaps", but I lost count...

I've got it all spewed out for my lawyer, and she is aching for revenge on our behalf. She, and the court, are really the only ones that needs to hear all this. Best thing is that we have all the paperwork on our side too, independent reports and photos. Wiggling out isn't an option!

It's insane what one guy can do to your life. I'm taking it all out on him, personally, because I can under Norwegian law. I'll get through it easier if I can destroy his life and make him regret it for the rest of his life, because he deserves that 100%. And I really need to set an example here.

Third: getting everything ready for our legal action takes a lot of time, because we still find new stuff that has to be included in the paperwork. Fourth: we spend way too much time and effort on juggling everyone involved in this project at this point. This is what we DID NOT WANT TO DO.

No, I don't respond well to that at all. Haven't tried it for this particular problem, but my body hates that almost as much as it hates acupuncture. At this point I'm just living with it and bitching about it when it's at its worst. Because the timing makes NO SENSE AT ALL!
