Don't. It's a very common mistake. Like when people think hamburgers are made from ham where in fact the name comes from the city of Hamburg. They are called hamburgers because they are made for the delicate buttock cheeks of orphaned children in the area (obviously they are well recompensed)

Then that powder makes the delicious poo drink. The civet is trained by being kept in a lovely open plan apartment but only fed when their bum is over the grinder. They are very intelligent and learn very quickly. The brightest ones never move and recieve a constant supply of food

Sigh. They don't defecate in the mug. That would be ridiculous, in much the same way a tea tree doesn't grow in your mug. There are other processes that happen first. The civet is trained to push it's load out into a funnel over a coffee grinder where the raw fecal matter is whizzed up into powder.

Just checked my emails and, blimey it took a long time. First contact seems to have been at the very end of May. Probably not helped by me also asking for a heat pump quote and going back and forth on options, then deciding the heat pump wouldn't work for us.

Just had ours installed on Friday from Octopus (panels and batteries). All seems to have gone well. The only issue was it being quite a long drawn out process (months). Not sure if thats normal. The guys who installed it were very nice, helpful and professional. Took just under 2 days to install.
