Don won’t listen to lower courts so the Supreme Court will take incoming lawsuits. This can play out one of two ways: 1. Supreme Court rules in his favor & sets precedence that’s leads to US citizens’ social media being used to make arrests. 2. Supreme Court holds up the right to 1A free speech.
