Yes, we need to support indie animation, movies, and games, but screaming "go indie!" at artists and devs does not help.
Especially since so many people seem to think broke animators and laid off devs can just snap their fingers and out comes a Helluva Boss or Stardew Valley.

The nutritional value of AI work is approximately identical to watching a 2000s horror movie trailer compilation at 4X speed while second-screening Maury transcriptions.
