Every single one of these claims better be shut down. Todd Blanche promised Congress the January 6 slush fund was dead. January 6 defendants are suing taxpayers for payouts anyway.

When the President of the United States says, “Let them take out Los Angeles. Let them take out San Diego,” he is telling millions of Americans their lives are a price he is willing to pay for an unauthorized war that he has failed time and time again to justify to the American people.

Everything that Trump has done to the Kennedy Center is an absolute insult to the legacy of President Kennedy.   JFK believed the arts were central to who we are as a nation. You don’t honor that legacy by holding his memorial hostage to get your own name on the building.

Deciding which reporters get to cover the U.S. Government based on whether the coverage is flattering is fundamentally un-American and completely ILLEGAL. A free press protects everybody.

How many times do we have to go around Speaker Johnson to get the missing Epstein Files released? We fought to pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act, and the Justice Department is still withholding files.

Mike Johnson doesn’t want to do his job, and he won’t let the rest of us do ours. He keeps sending us home and blocking us from doing even the bare minimum. And what do Americans have to show for it? The LEAST PRODUCTIVE CONGRESS IN AMERICAN HISTORY.

Just in case it wasn’t clear, when they say the U.S. Government’s paying for this, that’s YOUR taxpayer dollars they’re using. I’ll say this as many times as I need to: it is ILLEGAL to use American taxpayer dollars from the government to pay for candidates’ or parties’ political ads.

What do you call it when a powerful government adviser allegedly offers foreign governments his services...for a price? I call it corruption. Plain and simple.

Which one is it, Mr. President? No State dinners and hamburgers, or flyover planes, a red carpet and a soiree with billionaires?

Since Speaker Johnson sent us home last week, a lot of people have asked me the same thing: If a majority of Congress wants to vote, why can't we just show up and vote? It's a fair question, and the answer tells you how much power one person holds over the people's House.

In the last two years, we’ve seen corruption from this Administration on a scale never before seen in this country. My Republican colleagues have refused to hold this Administration accountable, even if behind closed doors they are appalled by what they are seeing.

This is the most corrupt Administration in American history, and nothing else comes close. The founders built our system so that Congress could check a president who oversteps his power. They expected the Legislative Branch to hold the line.

The next chapter of America’s economy is being written as we speak. Data Centers. AI. Energy. The question is whether we build an economy that is cheaper, cleaner, more reliable, and actually working for American families.

Climate change does not stop at our borders, and neither can our response. I appreciated the opportunity to meet with UN Secretary-General António Guterres this week to talk about climate action, clean energy, and how Congress can help sustain American leadership abroad.

The House of Representatives was ready to impeach Pete Hegseth and Speaker Johnson sent us home to dodge it.   Johnson can delay all he wants, but that vote is happening as soon as we return to Washington.

Over 600 days in office and Trump is STILL blaming Joe Biden for prices going up on his watch. He promised to “end inflation” on day one and get gas “below $2 a gallon.” Since he took office, gas has gone up $1.37 per gallon and inflation has risen from 3% to 3.4%.

When you run for office, you should stand for more than something beyond your own self-preservation. My Republican colleagues are terrified of what this President might do, and instead of standing up to Trump's corruption and chaos, they are bending a knee and ceding the power of Congress.

The White House is saying the President is personally offended by anyone profiting from the pardon process. Give me a break. He created the entire pay-for-pardon economy. We need to limit the presidential pardon power once and for all.

Trump has become $2.7 BILLION richer since retaking office. That money’s coming from crypto, stock trading, Truth Social, foreign investments, and more. You name it, chances are he’s done it. The presidency been a gold mine for him.

Yesterday, Speaker Johnson sent the House home. There is absolutely NO reason why Congress shouldn’t be working right now. We are a nation at war, gas and diesel prices are through the roof, we desperately need to be regulating AI.

Trump loves to talk about stock trading. So much so that he’s sharing AI-generated images of himself looking like a day trader, bragging about “hundreds of billions” he’s making, and telling us, “I do this for the country.”

Let’s talk about a few companies that Trump owns stock in that have done extremely well thanks to specific actions taken by his Administration. He’s purchasing stocks in companies and using the power of his office in ways to benefit those same companies.

The Trump Administration is using the federal Judgment Fund to dismantle offshore wind projects and redirect investments toward fossil fuels.   The Judgment Fund is a federal account used to pay claims and settlements involving the government.

This administration doesn’t seem to care who gets hurt by sweeping mass deportations, so long as their quota is being met. Many who are suffering the worst collateral damage are those actively contributing to the good of our communities and our economy.

The President does not get to spend taxpayer money however he wants. Congress decides what gets funded, and the President is required to follow those appropriations decisions. That is not optional.

Here is the part that is often overlooked in Trump’s pay-for-pardon operation: The criminals do not only get their convictions wiped away. In case after case, Trump is also wiping away the money they were ordered to pay back.

They're literally paying to shut down wind projects that are already built. These aren't projects stuck in permitting, waiting on approval, or tied up in review. They're built, operational, and ready to connect to the grid. And yet the Trump Administration is paying to tear them down anyway.

The USS Abraham Lincoln is headed home and the USS George Washington is taking its place. The administration owes an explanation to our service members, their families, and the American people about what the mission actually is.

Trump told you he would lower your energy prices on day one. He did the opposite, and now he says he won’t apologize for it. Gas hit a record. The national average is about $4.06 a gallon, roughly double the $1.85 he promised and $0.92 higher than a year ago.

Trump promised to cut your electric bill in half. The opposite happened. He said rates would drop 50% within a year, 18 months at most. That deadline came and went in July. Instead of falling, residential electricity rates are up 18% since he took office, rising about twice as fast as inflation.

Trump isn’t just pardoning people anymore. He’s pardoning corporations. He’s extended clemency to nine corporations and erased nearly $200 MILLION in court-ordered penalties along the way. One company had a $100 million penalty for failing to comply with anti-money-laundering laws.

A South Korean company facing a U.S. trade investigation paid Donald Trump’s holding company $2 MILLION. The explanation? A still-unannounced golf course project. That is nowhere near good enough.
