We anticipate having space for many setups, including dedicated BYOC and casual spaces accessible 24hrs a day. While we don't have an exact number nailed down quite yet, we're planning on up to 40 possible setups.

Each cabin is heated and plumbed with 1 toilet; showers are located in a shared shower house, with a shower house adjacent to each village. The shower houses are split by binary gender, but attendees are welcome to use whatever they're comfortable with.

There are 2 types of cabins, each with 14 twin-sized bunks with a power outlet accessible. The types are split by "village"; the Treetop Village cabins are up high among the trees, while the Rotary Village cabins are partially embedded in the earth.

The experience we're providing is meant to be reminiscent of a summer camp experience you might have had growing up. You're mostly outdoors, staying in cabins in the woods, with limited services. Along with tournament spaces, meals will be provided in a communal mess hall

This event is held at Camp Collins in Gresham, Oregon. Camp Collins is a long-time Outdoor School and Summer camp destination in Oregon owned and operated by YMCA-CW. It is about 30min from PDX International Airport and about 45min from downtown Portland
