Just enjoyed a timely talk by @lesliedavenport.bsky.social featuring the “climate emotions wheel” - a reminder there’s no one right way to feel about climate change, the important thing is to acknowledge and tend to the full range of emotions so they don’t come out sideways.
Climate Emotions Wheel - a multicolored wheel highlighting a range of climate emotions falling within four overarching categories:

Positivity, including interest, empowerment, inspiration, empathy, gratitude and hope

Fear, including overwhelm, panic, powerlessness, anxiety and worry

Sadness, including guilt, shame, grief, depression, loss, loneliness and despair
