Deary me that was a hard watch. Wrong team selection and dogged insistence on long balls killed us. The only time we showed any intent was when Amaechi or Irow had the ball at feet. Hartridge and Wes both poor. Give Cooper a massive pay rise #pafc

Listening to news about talks in Pakistan. It’s just men, no women’s voices. Men who won’t even look each other in the eye as they discuss life or death for the women and children whose lives they control. This is the reality of patriarchy and it needs to end.

I’ve had my Octopus installed solar panels for 12 months. Just 6 of them on a terraced ex council house in Plymouth. Just me so minimal costs really. I’ve got thru the year paying £35p/m. My biggest monthly export was £87. For me it’s been a good decision.
