Hello everyone,
A few weeks ago I received some troubling allegations about a member of the community. I did my due diligence - pausing games, gathering evidence, sifting through a bunch of voicenotes, getting on calls with multiple people, asking people for direct feedback related to safety concerns and so much more - and did not find anything that would be considered problematic, except for a time management issue that we are working on.

Once I had all the information, I brought the concerns to the support team to get diverse perspectives on the entire situation. The team looked into all the evidence and ultimately agreed with my assessment.
I lean on my team to get their insight on situations like this and I'm glad we have people from all over the world representing various identities to ensure our biases are not affecting our judgement. I'm making this statement as the person who runs Pantsless Tables, not as the sole individual who looked into this.

I want to make it very clear that while we make silly jokes and take jabs at each other all the time, we take player safety extremely seriously at Pantsless Tables. If anyone has an issue with a player, GM, or even member of the support team please reach out to me (if it's me you have a concern with, reach out to a member of the support team) and we will take your concerns seriously, do our due diligence and try to ensure a proper resolution for the same. The last thing we want is for a problematic and unsafe person to be appointed to a position of power where they can do more harm.

Support team members can be identified by the color of their handles on the server: teal or purple

With that being said, Pantsless Tables is now considering this investigation closed. Any questions can be directed to me and I will answer them as best as I can while keeping identities private. Thank you for being a part of this community and everything I have been trying to build in this space.
