A house that I was looking to view recently (literally 1 week ago) is back on the market after being sold (no changes) by a new real estate agency, but the price was raised by about ¥4m... I've viewed a property through this company before, and now I know why I felt they were shady. (Cuz they are.)

I seem to go through strange highs and lows regarding my own self-perception. I used to think it had to do with social anxiety, but as an adult- I often wonder whether these issues derive from some form of body dysmorphia. I guess I have a new thing to talk with my therapist about.

I'm 30+ hours into FF7: Rebirth and am only on Chapter 5 (of allegedly 14?)... The mini-games are interesting, but I'm definitely starting to get fatigued by them. In that case, I prefer the streamlined first remake version because there seemed to be much more regular gameplay.

I know that at retirement age, I'll be getting a retirement pension, but I had no idea that as a federal employee that I'd also get 退職金 that can range from ¥17-25 million (depending on my total number of years of employment and my final monthly salary and paygrade).

My computer was freezing up recently and I thought it was due to the heat, but based on the symptoms, I decided to remove the gpu and ram then slide them back in, but then the motherboard couldn't read the ram slots anymore. Decided to buy new ones when I realized I only had 16gb! 32gb upgrade done!
