I feel like the warmongering bloodlust of liberals really shows now that this faux ceasefire has been reached. They oppose anything that happens under Trump, and even if he is losing (which is a good thing for the world), they have to go on full defense for US hegemony.

They just didn't. They gave them high positions in the West German government for the sake of keeping it running. Look up Organization Gehlen. West Germany had a policy of "democratization through integration" employing Nazi Party members with the agreement that their pasts didn't matter.

Oligarchy is just the default state of any class society; there isn't one without it, the rule of the few. Plutocracy is a term that might have been accurate to use in times when it was possible for money interests to not be part of the ruling elite, and then those interests took power.

We don't live in an oligarchy or plutocracy; these are both just less accurate and less severe terms to describe the conditions under which capitalism operates. The last time they were relevant was hundreds of years ago when the rich weren't always the default ruling class all the time.

I assumed industrial slaughtering had largely overtaken it a long time ago. Also, just because there are no slaughterhouses doesn't mean everyone witnesses or takes part in the slaughter itself. You still have a minority who do that kind of work away from the public eye.
