Took an Easter basket to my best friends house for her son. First thing he does is yell, "Aunty Mr. Friend and uncle!" And came running in and gasped at the basket. Half way through opening eggs he jumped up and hugged me and said he loved me and did the same to my partner. He's such a sweetie.

I shouldn't have to say stop throwing trash out your car window, but here I am. This is a weeks worth of trash that is a common buildup at the end and around our driveway. I clean it up because it shouldn't be there. And before you say just throw it in your trash, it costs $100 a month for pickup.

My best friend's son insists on calling me Mr Friend instead of my name, and she keeps trying to correct him. But honestly, I love how excited he gets and shouts it. I get called Aunty by enough nieces and nephews, I love that he came up with something to call me himself.
