I made something with chicken for dinner, and of course Luna cried until I gave her some. This is the face of post-chicken zoomies. #Caturday (I had to take approximately 20 pictures to get one that didn't come out blurry. Even at 16, she does NOT sit still.)

Can you believe they'll let just anyone rent one of these things?!

An operator using a JCB excavator demolishes a condemned structure. The structure rests on a gravel pad which is surrounded by tall grass, small birch trees, and scrubby black spruce. The side of the structure has been torn off, showing the studs and pink fiberglass insulation inside the walls. Piles of insulation, wood, and roofing metal have fallen on the ground in front of the structure. A large section of wall has been crush and is being removed in the grip of the excavator bucket and claw.

I am unreasonably fond of this excerpt from Chapter 6 of The Ferret's Tale. This was really fun to write.

This is all fine until the people you've blocked screenshot your tweets and post them on their social media to send harassment your way. Yes, there are also ways to get around the current block-- but Musk's Twitter shouldn't be making harassment easier. (Context: Musk is making Twitter worse again.)

A Twitter system message saying: Block is changing soon. If your posts are set to public, accounts you have blocked will be able to view them, but they will not be able to engage. For more control over who can see your posts, you can still protect your account.
