It has taken three days to cook, blend and put away a batch cook of soup, a job that usually takes one evening. I had planned to do a curry too, but I think that'll need to wait. Luckily, I hadn't taken the meat out of the freezer and the chickpeas (soaking) will be fine for a couple of days.

Spent yesterday drinking lots, thinking I was severely dehydrated. Went to bed on time(at 4am) but woke up after a few hours with a sore throat. My glands are inflamed and I feel a bit grotty but very little snot or sinus shenaniganry. Guess it wasn't just dehydration :/
