Writing the feedback for last week's holiday cottage and having to more or less say 'You seriously need to up your cleaning and maintenance'. Still the first time I've stayed anywhere where we had to clean on ARRIVAL. Plus, with damp that bad, you seriously need to address it.

Also the hot water expansion cylinder has broken. Plumber is hopefully coming back to fix in the next couple of days. Meanwhile, the hot tap is giving nothing but rusty coloured water. Sigh. One of those days
