Every guy that worked in our granite shop, both the cutters, the fabricators, and installers worked as if their lives depended upon it. They showed up at 6:30, worked past 5, and cleaned the shop every damned day. They made us white boys who sold the jobs look like jackleg idiots.

@scalzi.com , burritos consist of some form of protein, typically beef or chicken, perhaps a smear of refried pinto or black beans, rice if you absolutely must, but not a necessity. Good salsa, made with serranos not jalapenos (see attached story), tomatoes, onions, cilantro (unless you're a freak)
