One good tern raft deserves another 🪺 The Terns have returned to the Lee Valley this spring and on Seventy Acres Lake our teams have installed two new Tern Rafts. You can see these rafts best from the tower at the Wildlife Discovery Centre 👀

We see them all around the park but they get a bit of a bad rap but Nettles are amazing for wildlife! Nettles are the perfect place for laying eggs for ladybirds and you'll often see Tortoiseshell and Peacock butterflies fluttering around them #BeNiceToNettlesWeek 🐛🦋
