i hate gay halloween, what do you mean your going as Aeon Flux patched into the 1998 March "Beta" but really it's kinda a Remaster of Cryo Interactive's 1997 PAL Exclusive Pax Corpus which was originally gonna be an Aeon Flux game. #PlayStation1 #PSX #PS1

I wrote a piece for Game Informer about why society blames games for its problems: My favorite piece of history? In 1982, the U.S. Surgeon General warned everyone that Pac-Man and Space Invaders were a danger to kids. Read it before the next medium gets banned: gameinformer.com/feature/2026...

Nah they have to juggle it. Hellblade Senua isn't *really* an Xbox game. That's a game for PlayStation users so of course it needs to release on there. Some games are just suited to different audiences. You can play Resi on an Xbox but Resi really is a PlayStation game, and the sales data shows that

@cnhyv.bsky.social Silly question but do you have the actual digital JPEG file of the pack shot for Tomb Raider, like the actual jpeg of the cover that graced millions of playstation and PC boxes as that actual image (not a scanned version) seems to be lost media.

I don’t know if things go horribly south on MediEvil 2, but regardless you should pitch Medi3! Bound to be some audience for more of this - I’ll play it! It’s very British, I say Americans didn’t get this one!

Given how much of Resident Evil Requiem borrowed from Resident Evil: The Final Chapter movie, I would like to see a game with Milla Jovovich as Alice. Were the movies "brilliant" - maybe not, but her star turn has been influential to RESI as how Angelina Jolie forever changed Lara Croft Tomb Raider.

Glad to hear it's good. I recorded a full play of Windstorm start of a great friendship remastered and nearly made a brutal takedown video of how bad it was, but stopped because I didn't want Khiimori to be affected. Glad to hear the second go worked! We're so finally close to a GREAT Horse game.

When going through your ISOs or some of the Press CDs from the 1990s I had a lot of luck with a tool AnyBurn. BUT you manually extract files out. Discs burned on Classic Mac seem to have a quirk that each file has like a copy with the exact filename but 2kb in size that overwrites

I do think it's unfair for folks to blame GAME for moving to selling FunkoPops when the majority of gamers won't pay MORE (yes more) for a physical game that has to pay wages and rent. Lets face it, we (including me) use physical game stores as a place to get deeper discounts, putting them at a loss

000

Lee-Loi Chieng | 詹礼雷 🏳️‍🌈🇮🇪🇨🇳🇲🇾 @leeloi.bsky.social · 02/02/2026

I don't think the Video Game industry realised that physical game stores were literally FREE for them to use as places around the world for "Marketing activations", whereas now Activision has to buy out a London Park that isn't cheap to do some promo for Tony Hawk 3+4. Unfortunately, all too late!
