Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 25/07/2026I’m just don’t understand why all FMCG aren’t mandated to be in recyclable packaging without the need for separation. Non recyclable sleeves that require people to remove them should also be banned. Non recyclable sleeves way that the majority of people check and comply. 001
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 15/07/2026This feels very consequential and necessary. Congratulations on the win and your perseverance 👏 080
Reposted by Lee FellowsThe Secret Barrister @barristersecret.bsky.social · 06/07/2026The only effective response to the USA’s breathtaking corruption is for the remaining countries to walk away. Let them have their own football “World Series” where the only entrants are from the US, and the only international spectator is Infantino. 2763399
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 25/06/2026I’d suggest reading this about the current heatwave. This is not normal or a small shift in weather patterns bsky.app/profile/monk... 010
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 06/06/2026Appreciate that perceptions will differ but have to disagree. Charity shops are driving footfall in some areas with publicised charity shop trails. There are even organised trips to some areas. Most charities now actively look to open shops closer to one another as hubs create more footfall for all. 2310
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 05/03/2026Exactly this. Business behaves badly, consumers foot the bill who cannot change supplier. 020

Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 15/08/2025I’m encouraged that this being discussed at a global level but the article is pretty depressing. About time countries implemented some of the changes being discussed. I don’t understand why we can’t mandate clear plastic and standardisation whilst reducing demand. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...bbc.co.ukGlobal plastic talks collapse as countries remain deeply dividedThe latest round of UN-led talks have ended in deadlock, with disputes over plastic production and recycling. 000

Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 24/03/2025What’s your view as to why this change isn’t made? 000
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 21/02/2025I don’t understand why this isn’t fundamentally changed. It seems like an easy win for the government. Genuinely, why isn’t this being tackled? 031
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 03/02/2025I really hope that KS now delivers something meaningful. The papers and right wing press will complain irrespective so time to deliver. Won’t deny there’s been change but needs to be more to prove they’re not a corruption free Tory light. 000
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 03/02/2025Hopefully the regulations that are due factor in this potential abuse. Keep fighting this great fight 👏 010
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 02/02/2025I’d do the same but my MP was a Brexit voting Tory… 000
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 02/02/2025I run a small social enterprise. Our accounts have never been late. There’s no excuse but clearly no downside… 010
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 03/01/2025Just thoroughly depressing… Knew governments don’t want to be seen making unpopular decisions during an age of populism but thought that business would ultimately act with responsibility 😔 000

Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 05/12/2024Absolutely agree on only source of income. Appreciate what you’re saying about vocation but I still think I’d want to attract the high flyers that currently wouldn’t do or die to the pay and conditions. We can but hope for radical change! 110
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 05/12/2024Again, not a popular opinion and will cause a huge backlash but the only way to attract the best people into politics. Whilst I’m not an advocate of the entirety of Singapore’s political system, politicians are incredibly well paid there with zero outside roles or influences. 010
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 05/12/2024Not a popular opinion but realistically it’s the only way to improve things. 110
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 28/11/2024Want the economy to grow? Well ensure that people are paid a decent wage, they in turn will spend more that fuels the economy. 021
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 28/11/2024Unfortunately there is a view that #refugees or some other group are to blame. This is pedalled by people that know that suppression of wages and the funnelling of wealth upwards is the real cause. 121
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 28/11/2024We risk further division in the country if we don’t tackle inequality. This isn’t a call for socialism on steroids but if people working full time jobs still need to use foodbanks, then something is fundamentally broken. 110
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 28/11/2024I typically stay away from politics on social media but within this report by Led by Donkeys, there’s a stat which makes me incredibly uncomfortable: The gap between the rich and the poor in the UK, with the exception of the USA is now the highest in the developed world 🌍 195

Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 25/11/2024Absolutely. That should be banned and any suspicion of ‘buying’ influence should be thoroughly investigated. 000
Lee Fellows @leejfellows.bsky.social · 25/11/2024Not sure this is an unpopular opinion at all. I would make exceptions for professional roles where there is a minimum number of hours requirement to maintain a qualification but this should be no more than X hours per year. 120
