Brains are weird. I've sat on an idea for a new novel for 2 years ... a beginning and an ending ... nothing else. Everytime, I gotta trust the process and start writing. Boom. It goes from wasteland of ideas to 3D Technicolor and starts filling in. Anyone else? Just me?

My 100% no-AI book finally triggered an AI-generated scam. (Spoiler alert to the scammer: you don't need to ask an author if your readers can read and review a published book.) I brushed up the grammar and present to you: AI scam email as book promo! 😂 (Cover photo, graphics, and edits by me.)

Every year I feel grateful and slightly amazed when the seasons change and nature keeps on doing its thing. As if one year, maybe something different will occur. Of course, I'm also somebody who's always slightly amazed by sunrise and sunset every day.

My publisher has a reveal planned next week for all three Perilous Gods covers at once. 😍 I love the covers so much! It's so exciting as an author getting great artwork; seeing the thing you hope will entice readers to take a closer look at your blood, sweat, and tears project. Can't wait to share!
