It's all those little details. I won't spoil it, but it's an intense story of geology, space exploration, climate change, etc. and trying to pull allll those events together is BRUTAL. But... I FINALLY DID IT! 😭

Met a fellow ADHDer today who'd previously thought it was just anxiety. I said it's probably both because it's pretty hard NOT to develop anxiety after a lifetime running into glass doors everyone ELSE can see but you. You're bound to develop a "flinch" response. She felt validated. #ADHDlife
