Confocal microscopy 🔬 🟢This optical microscope produces very shallow depth-of-field images using reflected light or fluorescence. 🟢We coloured rose petal sections with Nile Red to highlight the drops of essential oil inside the cells. They are called "lipid droplets". The image is beautiful 😍
