it’s 100% what i assumed happened and that’s why my ears pricked up, not that anyone is throwing her under the bus, but reading through what happened made me groan in designer because it’s so familiar

my FAVORITE is following a company’s brand guide, getting asked to make off-brand edits, and then people getting angry because i didn’t stay on brand.

yesss i have to be so neurotic about save files and correspondence because people will throw me under the bus at the first whisper of errors. even if i misspell something it almost always hits 3 sets of eyes and if no one catches it, guess who gets the scorn! i love my job but its the worst part

like i make mistakes all the time, i’m not an analytical person i’m an artist cosplaying as a career person, but people will absolutely give you the wrong info and then blame the designer to get heat off. i’ve gotten screamed at for typos that were provided to me wrong!
