Says in the article that Genesee Cream Ale was, at one time, the biggest selling beer in the US. It wasn't. It passed Ballantine XXX Ale as the biggest selling ale in the US at some point, but was never remotely close to outselling Bud, Miller, Coors and their low calorie equivalents.

Murphy's 170th Anniversary Whiskey Cask Stout at Bishopstown Bar, Cork. Went to a dentist appointment and found myself a few minutes walk from one of the 9 pubs serving this beer. Would have been rude not to stop in and have one (well two).
