Also in 2016 we have the whole women’s health decision which was really crucial. Abortion politics is a special interest of mine and I worked in abortion advocacy so I’m just really struggling with this theory…

I would argue in 1992 with Planned Parenthood vs Casey, the standard for abortion rights shifted to undue burden and lead to more states passing laws that would have been unconstitutional under Roe. Also the 2010s when there was a huge ramp up of anti-abortion bills.

Idk if it’s because I wrote my undergrad and graduate thesis on abortion rights in the United States, idk if I fully buy this argument.

Besides the spectacle of it all, my biggest gripe with T&T is her insistent negging that he’s dumb. Like why would you want to be with someone who you joke doesn’t read or have any real depth? It’s just very strange to me.
