The finale of The Boys was kind of meh to me. The whole reason I put up with the shock gore and the obnoxious political satire is because I wanted to know if and how they finally get him. It's not that the ending was predictable, but it was inevitable. So kind of satisfying... but in a boring way.

I made my comic only 8 pages. And I made it print from home so it was low stakes and low cost. Not having to illustrate a whole graphic novel meant I got to the finish line sooner and got to put my book in people's hands sooner...
