NEW: Arrest warrants have been issued for the Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence minsiter Yoav Gallant by the International Criminal Court. The warrants are for alleged war crimes. Another warrant has been issued for the arrest of Hamas leader Mohammed Diab Ibrahim al Masri.
