Incredible. This is such serendipitous timing too. Look what I discovered works in @penpot.app last week…

And, as a bonus, I created two templates for creating reusable colour palettes in Penpot: Using design tokens: penpot.app/penpothub/li... Using colour assets: penpot.app/penpothub/li...

Very satisfying moment when I realised the CSS grid sticky footer technique works perfectly in Penpot.

Using CSS grid for a sticky footer in Penpot. The viewport layout is one column with two rows. The first row for the main content is 1fr, filling the available space. It pushes the second row, which is auto height, fitting the height of its contents, to the bottom of the layout.

She is too cute. Heterochromia! I would’ve called my Osky “Bowie” if he had different colour eyes when he was a pup, but he developed the brown-green eye at ~1 year old.

Oskar the husky-malamute. His right eye is blue and his left eye is green.

I’m at #Converge! Very excited to sit and learn from some fabulous talks today. Thank you to @zeroheight.com, @bencallahan.com and @penpot.app for bringing me here to Bristol so last minute. If you want to talk #Penpot, come find me before I manage to completely rub my name off my badge.

Me with my conference badge, my name is in pen and is being rubbed out. Natalya and Ismaïl are peering over my shoulder.

Yesterday we had to say goodbye to my best friend, my fluffy shadow, my sweet grumpy companion of 13 years. Osky will always be the bestest boy. I miss him so much. Please give your dog friends extra tummy rubs and carrots from me.
