I agree. The BMA are not advising on any differentiation & as a result GP Practices are switching off software that also aids safe prescribing. Also, advising cost effective alternatives should not be seen as a negative, we (including the public) know the limitations of the NHS budget

This headline doesn’t sit well with me. I can’t read the article so it might be an unfair headline but what about what patients want? Patient data is being used as a pawn, let’s not forget it’s data that belongs to patients and surely we should get a say in what happens to our data?

He made a huge vat of this recipe. Tried it & declared he was very disappointed, it was very bland. I arrive home to see the open pages of the book…he’d made a vat of chilli con carne for babies & infants 😂😂😂 We now trying to save it with cumin, chilli & salt. Any other tips to inject more depth?!

@nigella.bsky.social my darling other half doesn’t cook much & gets quite stressed when he does. He is very good at batch cooking chilli, spag Bol, curries etc. I suggested he started with basics & looked at ‘How to Eat’. I was away with work & he decided to follow a recipe from that exact book…

Good, balanced article but please change the sentence ‘They have side effects & can cause serious complications, especially for people who aren’t prescribed them by a doctor’. Other clinicians can prescribe safely. I think it should say ‘…for people who don’t get them from a qualified prescriber’
