We proposed a 4th law almost exactly as suggested in this article in the UK #EPSRC Principles of #Robotics. Our 4th law was "Robots are manufactured artefacts. They should not be designed in a deceptive way to exploit vulnerable users; instead their machine nature should be transparent". 1/2
