it’s funny to realize the only way to make sure you will be able to “open and run” in 5 years an iOS project you start today is to make it exclusively with ObjC and UIKit

mainly sendable and the Swift 6 <> 6 interoperability bsky.app/profile/lasc...

Luis 🖥️ @lascorbe.bsky.social · 03/12/2024

for easy use cases it's great not gona lie, but when you manage different contexts and add sendable to the mix it's.. well hard to think around it

what's the best App Store attribution SaaS in 2024? adjust? appsflyer? other?

Luis 🖥️ @lascorbe.bsky.social · 30/11/2024

tbh all the async/await stuff feels exhausting, so much time to spend on its nitpicks, different behaviors and combination of versions and what not Combine is more verbose but at least, it just works ™

totalmente, pero como siempre la gestion es... lo que hago es coger llamada y mutear, suelen colgar a los 15-30s, y no vuelven a llamar porque te flaggean 🙃

110

Luis 🖥️ @lascorbe.bsky.social · 18/11/2024

the worst, we are so full of ourselves 😂

010

Luis 🖥️ @lascorbe.bsky.social · 18/11/2024

all of it, from files structure to how the code is formatted, to name variables or how to handle flows if there are +5 devs working on the same repo it should feel like it's just 1 it just removes so much overhead like "hmm all of these keys have the suffix DEBUG, but this one is DEV, why?"

010

Luis 🖥️ @lascorbe.bsky.social · 18/11/2024

remember devs: **consistency is king 👑 ** always, always, always keep the same structure of the code you are working on no matter what you don't like something? great, do a proposal or directly make a PR changing all of it do not allow room for a half baked project i will die on this hill

Today we have voted (all Spain 🇪🇸) to choose who will lead the country for the next 4 years. 90% has been scrutinized, soon we will have 100% (it seems that there is no clear winner) Is this how it works in your country, ir do you have another way?
