For some reason it thinks "WWE" is a word, then goes insane trying to pronounce it.

I've had quite a few people ask me that. Someone posted them to Gamefaqs a while ago, but censored the swearing, so anyone who enters them as they're shown on the site will think they don't work! :D

Aw, I hope that's not the case. BTW It's a bit of a longshot, but if you want extra footage, there might be some in an '80s ITV show called Clive James in Japan. He definitely goes to Namco's HQ to check out their robots, so there may be footage! He also appears as a contestant on Takeshi's Castle

There's a link to a docu a guy made on YouTube in this thread if you want to check that out?

Nice, have you found any new information about them in recent times?

You're going WAY too hard on the immersion with this game!!!

"Guru Larry" Bundy Jr @larrybundyjr.bsky.social · 15/06/2026

Do you know if Namco only ever made the one set of robots? Not even any spare parts Etc.? Just seems a shame there's been no news of them since 1994 :(

"Guru Larry" Bundy Jr @larrybundyjr.bsky.social · 14/06/2026

Anyone ever heard of Namco's '80s robot band PicPac? They've not had much press in the west, just a brief cameo in Namco Museum Vol. 4 on the PS1. The internet usually loses their sh!t over stuff like this. Especially with a cute female robot among the cast! 😅 #namco #retrogaming #fnaf #japan

Seems like a few companies have tried to pitch a Red Dwarf game over the years. David Banner also pitched a Red Dwarf game for the PS2, there's even footage of the prototype on YouTube... www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFnI...

Another of the original strips from the NBK website, (also coloured with Flash, hence the rather odd look). But, another that shows the rather dark slapstick humour. #art #drawing #catgirls #catgirl #anime #comedy #originalart

That's quite alright bud! No harm done ^_^ But, yeah I always pay people for scripts/videos, and more than double what those big listicle channels offer too.

000

"Guru Larry" Bundy Jr @larrybundyjr.bsky.social · 27/05/2026

If you mean didn't knowingly, as in PAID Kim to edit and write the script, then yes you're right. Like I said, ask her if you want proof.

"Guru Larry" Bundy Jr @larrybundyjr.bsky.social · 27/05/2026

I can't remember who wrote that part TBH, it's such an old video. But I never steal scripts/ideas from people, and go out of my way to make sure I pay people more than what other channels are paying.

They're clickbaiting parasites. Monetizing others misery.

"Guru Larry" Bundy Jr @larrybundyjr.bsky.social · 27/05/2026

How so? Did you even research what actually happened?

200

"Guru Larry" Bundy Jr @larrybundyjr.bsky.social · 27/05/2026

Permission? I not only PAID Kim for the script, she also edited the video for me. Ask her if you don't believe me. Would have been the smart thing to do anyway.

An automated A.I. WWE news channel tries to pronounce "WWE" as a word and ends up going insane! 🤣

Indeed, A LOT of the British market back then were games created by kids in their bedrooms. But they messed him around a lot from what he's told me.

Indeed, rather than them remaking the game using the original's chibi/anime style box artwork as it's inspiration (which I would have done if I had the rights) They've made something that looks like something a kid made on Newgrounds in the early 2000's. It's like that awful GODS remake on the PS3.
