and while I'm doing the Pat Thomas thing, check out this amazing trio album with @larajonesmusic.bsky.social & @hanearlpark.bsky.social released back in January. Got pulled over in rural Kansas back in December doing 95 in a 65 zone because this shit is amped.

What a spectacular set from the wonderful @larajonesmusic.bsky.social at Wavetable tonight. Cathartic and transformative as needed in these challenging days. Listen to it when it’s up on YouTube in the next few days… but listen to it LOUD. (Thank you a million fold for coming up again Lara!)

'Juno 3: Proxemics', the second album by @hanearlpark.bsky.social, Lara Jones, and Pat Thomas, brings some of the most exciting, truly out-there electronics-laced free improv I've heard in a long while. I've reviewed it for @thequietus.com.

Han-Earl Park, Lara Jones and Pat Thomas – Juno 3: Proxemics | The Quietus

A visceral blast of non-idiomatic improvisation truly worthy of the name from the guitar-saxophone-piano (and electronics) trio

also beyond grateful to be on this record with formidable @hanearlpark.bsky.social & Pat Thomas. These players are incredible and the gigs we did together brought me a lot of joy, knowledge and curiosity. Guitar / Sax / Electronics / improv - very free hanearlpark.bandcamp.com/album/juno-3...
