probably the best base healing rate in PTCG??? stage 1 (most pokemon with this rate is stage 2) single prize (usually are ex) unconditional (shuckle/munki are basics with requirements to have energy attached) 30 healing (swadloon is the closest comparison at 20) anywhere (swadloon is only active)
